On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password?, enter your email, and tap Send reset link. You can also go straight to castria.app/forgot-password.
- Open the link in the email.
- Enter a New password twice and tap Set new password.
- Sign in with your new password.
Good to know:
- The link works once and expires after an hour. If it has expired, ask for a new one. Only the newest link works.
- Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder.
- Resetting your password signs you out on every device.
- If you signed up with Sign in with Apple or a passkey, your account has no password to reset. We'll email you to say which sign-in method to use.
You can't change your password from inside the app. Use this reset link instead.
