While you're listening, expand the player and tap Ad feedback. Then pick what happened.
- I heard a commercial: an ad played and wasn't skipped.
- Commercial skip was too late: some of the ad played before the skip.
- Came back too early: the skip ended before the ad did.
- That wasn't a commercial: Castria skipped part of the show.
That's all you need to do. Castria notes where you were in the episode, so try to report it close to where the problem happened. These reports are how ad detection gets better.
