How Do I Delete My Castria Account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.

Open Settings: on a phone, tap the menu button (☰, top right) and choose Settings. On a computer, Settings is in the bar across the top. Scroll to Account at the bottom, tap Delete account, then tap Delete account again to confirm.

This permanently deletes your subscriptions, history, saved episodes, notifications and passkeys from our servers, and clears Castria on that device. It can't be undone.

If you pay for Castria Premium, cancel it with Apple or Google first. Deleting your account doesn't stop the store from billing you. See How do I cancel Castria Premium?

You can't change your email address or username in the app. Email support@castria.app if you need to.
