WW 1000: Ensheepified - Patch Tuesday Shatters Vulnerability Fix Records!
Summary
Paul Thurrott and Richard Campbell celebrate Windows Weekly’s 1000th episode with a cake featuring the iconic Bliss desktop. Thurrott discusses Microsoft’s controversial new financial reporting structure, which he argues reduces transparency by merging segments into "Agents and Infra." The hosts also review Patch Tuesday, noting a record-breaking 974 security fixes and new Windows features like a resizable Start menu. Finally, they critique Microsoft’s "Project Zenith," a pre-configured developer experience for new AI PCs that Thurrott deems misguided due to its lack of user customization.
