Summary
Captain Laserbeam navigates a romantic subplot with Giraffe Woman while investigating the theft of the Zorafa Diamond. He discovers she actually returned the gem and paid for the injured museum guard’s medical bills. Meanwhile, the villain The Dibrarian attempts to poison the city’s water supply with a serum that forces citizens to think critically and love reading.
