Lot 154: The Trunk // The Witness
Summary
This episode features two sinister acquisitions: a haunted antique trunk that kills its victims and follows its owner, and a silver pendant linked to a mysterious entity called "The Witness." The first story follows a narrator who, after a botched burglary, is haunted by a trunk that appears in his home, forcing him to take extreme measures to prevent it from swallowing him. The second tale recounts a woman’s encounter with a pale, humanoid creature in her apartment, which she believes is the occult artifact her missing uncle spent his life searching for.
