Summary
Richard Diamond investigates a plot by numbers racketeer Aaron Ziegler to frame George Victor's daughter, Kathy, for narcotics possession. Hired to protect her, Diamond confronts Ziegler's henchman Doug Saxon and uncovers their plan to plant evidence at a Chinatown establishment. With the help of Lieutenant Levinson, Diamond rescues Kathy from the frame-up and returns her safely to her father before the newspaper's exposé on Ziegler goes to print.
