Announcing: This Will Ruin The Tour from the team behind Welcome to Night Vale
Summary
In this episode, host Neil conducts a candid interview with pop star Kiara Sloan in New Orleans, navigating her reluctance to discuss a controversial incident in Manhattan. The narrative weaves together Neil’s introspective observations on his own avoidant tendencies and his performative empathy with Kiara’s guardedness. As they wander the French Quarter, their conversation shifts from superficial pleasantries to deeper personal revelations, culminating in a moment of intense, direct eye contact that challenges Neil’s usual professional detachment.
