Summary
The party arrives at their newly granted bastion, Fort Del Thorne, only to find it overrun by a giant troll after the garrison fled. While the villagers seek refuge in the local tavern, the heroes meet the injured steward, Mrs. Divot, who reveals the keep’s complex economic responsibilities. After securing a lucky coin from the local armorer’s son and arranging a jug band performance, the trio sneaks into the empty fortress to confront the creature and reclaim their home.
