Summary
Arthur Lester meets mob boss Edwin, who hires him to investigate Robert Puckett’s murder, threatening his family to ensure compliance. Arthur uses his ability to see death visions, revealing a supernatural entity killed Puckett and that the victim knew it. He learns Arkham’s underworld is fracturing among four crime lords, with Puckett’s lieutenant Johnny Fleming as a potential lead.
