A Rotten Preseason Loss
Summary
The hosts analyze the Nuggets' preseason loss to the Clippers, highlighting Aaron Gordon's dominance and Jamal Murray's improved defensive effort. They express concern over Julian Strother's serious knee injury, which could significantly impact the team's depth and rotation. A major point of discussion is the poor performance of the bench unit, specifically the ineffective pairing of rookies Trevin Brazil and Cam Whitmore. While Brazil showed offensive promise, the hosts debate whether his defensive struggles justify his inclusion in the rotation.
