Summary

Dateline NBC investigates the 2010 murder of Diane Kind in Florida, where her husband Bill and son Kevin both called 911 accusing the other of killing her. Despite Bill’s DNA on the victim and a failed polygraph, Kevin was initially convicted based on blood evidence and his violent history. After a new trial where Kevin testified and the defense aggressively targeted Bill’s credibility and financial motive, a jury acquitted Kevin, leaving the true killer unidentified.
