Summary
The party arrives at the Tower of Oxidos and witnesses the public execution of a heretic named Clea. They track her to a hidden safe house where they meet the Horizons, a resistance group questioning the tower’s prophet. When Templars discover the hideout, the group escapes by climbing through a chimney onto the rooftops, narrowly avoiding capture while Clea’s allies flee to another location.
