Summary
Violet and Davis infiltrate Lord Bridgerton’s study to decode a secret prayer book, suspecting he is the gossip columnist Lady Whistledown. To distract their family, they fabricate a rumor that Gwendolyn is betrothed to Tim Twambley while visiting the eccentric Theora Arroway. Meanwhile, Davis befriends Theora’s three eleven-year-old daughters in her library, who help him crack the code in exchange for caramel. The episode concludes with the confirmation that Lord Bridgerton is indeed Lady Whistledown.
